Prices in naira. Online payments go through Paystack, which charges its own fee: 1.5% + ₦100 a payment (no ₦100 under ₦2,500), at most ₦2,000. You choose whether you or your customer pays it.

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. It has no time limit and needs no card. It covers up to 20 products, orders on WhatsApp paid by bank transfer, and all your records. SellPlaza takes no fee on your sales, on any plan.
Do my buyers need an app or an account?
No. They open your link in their phone’s browser, add to their bag and send the order to your WhatsApp.
How do buyers pay me?
By bank transfer to your account, on any plan. With Plus, also online by card, transfer or USSD through Paystack, which pays the money into your bank account. You choose whether you or your customer pays Paystack’s fee.
What happens after the 14 days of Plus?
Your shop moves to Free unless you choose Plus. Nothing is deleted: your sales, stock and debts stay, buyers pay you by transfer, and Plus features such as online payments pause until you upgrade.
Can I stop paying for Plus?
Yes, at any time. You keep Plus until the end of the month or year you paid for, then move to Free.
Who can see my numbers?
Only you. Buyers see your products and prices; your costs, profits, expenses and customer debts stay in your account.
